Update Patch 1.0 Jan 2019

Attention CESA10 hosted alio Customers (please share with appropriate staff):

We are please to announce that the updates to the Oracle services that run alio are now completed. As mentioned before, this patch does not affect the Alio version, currently at 19.2, but it is required by Weidenhammer for product stability and longevity.

We appreciate your help logging out earlier today and allowing us time to complete the process in our servers.
