Update to 18.4.1c

Greetings! Just want to let you know that the version upgrade for 18.4.1 has been completed and tested for functionality. Please be sure to share with appropriate staff.

Please note that when you log in the first time, you will be presented with a release warning dialog box that you can review (click on the link), review later or dismiss. This is one of the new version items.

HI EVERYONE!!! ONE QUICK AND FINAL REMINDER TO PLEASE LOG OUT OF alio by 3:30pm this afternoon, Thursday, July 19so that we can start the update process for version 18.4.1. ESP will be taken off line between 3:00 pm and 3:30 pm.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us. As always, we will send a confirmation when the system upgrade is complete and you can access alio again. Thank you!

REMINDER!

Attention CESA10 hosted alio Customers (please share with appropriate staff):

The alio 18.4.1 release is available and we have scheduled this update for all hosted clients

on Thursday, July 19 at 3:30 pm.

Our alio servers will be unavailable for use for the remainder of the day as we process this update.

This outage will affect access to: alio, alio Intelligence and ESP (Employee Service Portal).

As always, we will send a confirmation to all users once we hear back from everyone.
